Job Overview

Sustainable Talent is seeking an MDF Operations Specialist to assist the Marketing Operations Team for Nvidia.

As part of the NVIDIA team, you will be engaged in a diverse and supportive atmosphere where everyone is motivated to perform at their best. In this pivotal role within the Marketing Operations team, you will manage the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) process, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Your responsibilities will include supporting NVIDIA's OEM Partners and collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

This position is a W-2 full-time onsite contract role. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and potential for permanent employment.

Compensation varies based on multiple factors, including experience and education, with a base salary range starting from 70k to 90k.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the MDF process, focusing on educating NVIDIA employees about the intricacies of partner-funded MDF.
  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing MDF budgets.
  • Assist Partner Marketing Managers with precise and timely claim submissions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external accounts payable teams to investigate and resolve inquiries.
  • Work alongside Partner Marketing Managers and partners to translate marketing strategies into the MDF portal.
  • Summarize MDF marketing plan activities and present findings to executives, facilitating the execution of business reviews.
  • Foster positive relationships with MDF partners, Global Enterprise Partner Marketing Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, Global Account Managers, Finance, and IT.
  • Ensure data integrity by verifying that projects are submitted accurately for downstream reporting.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports to executives and partners, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
  • Help establish guidelines, timelines, and standardized templates to enhance MDF workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in business finance, operations, or marketing roles.
  • 2-5 years in high-tech marketing managing an MDF process.
  • Experience in marketing, budgeting, reporting, and operational support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
  • Able to build relationships, promote communication, and establish trust.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently to identify and resolve issues.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes to provide relevant advice.
