Position Overview:
As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers across various channels. Your responsibilities will include supporting operational functions that contribute to sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and assist them with a professional demeanor. Ensure a seamless shopping experience by providing timely updates on orders and addressing any concerns efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Monitor alerts to guarantee timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders. During busy periods, assist with customer pickups by retrieving orders from storage and delivering them to customers.
- Inventory Management: Identify and gather ordered items within the store, preparing them for shipment using appropriate technology and packing materials. Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers for prompt delivery.
- Team Support: Collaborate with various teams to assist in unloading and processing new merchandise based on its classification.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing insights and suggestions.
