Facility Operations HVAC Specialist

We are seeking a Facility Operations HVAC Specialist to oversee the management and upkeep of essential infrastructure within our facilities. This role encompasses risk assessment, maintenance oversight, vendor collaboration, and the analysis of operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site technicians, senior technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Establish performance standards, evaluate operational components, and report on facility upkeep.
  • Work closely with IT managers and business executives to manage projects, enhance safety measures, and improve facility efficiency.
  • Administer routine and emergency services for critical systems, including generators, UPS systems, cooling units, and monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to facility design, efficiency enhancements, and asset management strategies.
  • Assist in recruitment initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional service to fulfill customer expectations.
Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree with relevant experience.
  • 0-2 years of pertinent work experience.
  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in Data Center Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Data Center Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with network design, low voltage cabling, and layouts.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, alternating between 4 days one week and 3 days the next week.
