Position Summary:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team throughout the entire quote-to-cash journey. This includes deal structuring, pricing strategy implementation, quote oversight, and contract review facilitation.

Collaboration:
You will work closely with various departments, including Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Renewals, and Revenue Operations, to ensure that all deals are structured and negotiated in alignment with LeanData's established policies and procedures.

Expertise Development:
Become a subject matter expert on LeanData's products and services, contributing to the optimization of our quote-to-cash workflows, pricing models, and operational tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote Management:
    Oversee the complete lifecycle of quotes, ensuring adherence to existing policies and procedures. Manage intricate proposal and contract creation processes by collaborating with teams to accurately convey customer needs, business rationale, and deal value.
  • Strategic Partnership:
    Engage with sales leadership to comprehend close strategies and timelines for significant deals. Provide insights on deal structuring, review processes, and business policy to enhance revenue potential while maintaining an acceptable risk profile.
  • Communication & Administration:
    Ensure that all non-standard requests from Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers are communicated effectively, with sufficient justification provided.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing complex sales processes with a strong understanding of quote-to-cash methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and platforms, with the capability to exercise independent judgment in deal structuring and negotiations.
