About the Role

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operations: Run high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment, perform associated copying tasks, and ensure equipment is working properly.
  • Customer Support: Provide copier maintenance and repair services, troubleshoot equipment issues, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ship and receive products and supplies, sort and distribute mail and faxes, and apply necessary postage.
  • Administrative Support: Perform filing duties, maintain records, and generate reports as needed.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Set up meeting rooms and conference rooms, and perform light maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work independently and flexibly.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, and changes in room temperature. You may be exposed to various weather conditions when walking between buildings and may be required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
