Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive People Business Partner to collaborate with our Enterprise Services division. This role will involve close cooperation with business leaders to create and execute a talent strategy that enhances business performance and fosters employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale initiatives, from identifying needs to executing solutions, while addressing the specific requirements of our internal stakeholders in partnership with our HR Centers of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical skills and a metrics-focused mindset to develop solutions, leveraging data to craft persuasive narratives that drive change and secure support.
  • Identify root causes and synthesize complex issues, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, and implementing global programs that yield measurable results.
  • Employ strong business acumen and a collaborative approach to facilitate organizational growth through the continuous development and support of talent.
  • Translate intricate situations into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and their teams.
  • Act as a team-oriented facilitator who builds consensus among diverse groups, crafting mutually beneficial solutions across a complex organizational structure.
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Exhibit unwavering integrity and align with the core values of the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units on workforce and talent initiatives to support ongoing change and organizational evolution.
  • Serve as an empathetic advisor, actively listening and providing guidance to employees and managers through sensitive and confidential matters.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles within dynamic, high-growth organizations.
  • Proven track record in a results-driven HR position with significant interaction at the executive level and a high degree of influence.
  • Experience guiding organizations and leaders through various talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, organizational design, and coaching.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
