Bloom Energy is seeking a highly experienced Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in San Jose, CA. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will partner with our CFO, Global Finance, and IT organizations to drive strategic talent management initiatives and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Development and Design: Support management on change management initiatives, lead HR work streams, and provide guidance on organization structure and design to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Business Strategy: Provide strategic direction to the business on HR strategy plans, lead workforce planning, and ensure short-term and long-term talent requirements are identified and action plans developed.
  • Talent Management: Deploy talent management processes to identify, assess, and develop talent required to deliver business objectives, champion talent management, and coach and develop leadership teams.
  • Engagement & Culture: Communicate and reinforce company values, beliefs, and philosophies to develop a high-performing organization, and enhance company culture by diagnosing current and desired states, gaps, and actions necessary to move from one to the other.
  • People Management and Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams on a project basis to improve talent outcomes, employee experience, and HR operational delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting Global Finance and IT organizations.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Organization Design.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with workforce planning, business reporting, and fact-based decision-making.
  • Passion for performance coaching and management at all levels, particularly executive levels.
  • Strong change management, communications, and influence skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 20+ years of applicable HR experience.
