Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in hands-on and strategic HR management, with a focus on business partnership and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs and goals of business-owner clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Advanced degree in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
