A leading alternative asset manager seeks a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leadership in developing and executing strategies that drive employee success and team performance. This role will focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, integrating them into the organization's fabric.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with leadership to drive DEI initiatives and infusing DEI awareness across the organization.
  2. Coaching on career development, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, and employee engagement.
  3. Advising leadership and building relationships across the organization.
  4. Collaborating with subject matter experts and providing input to enhance processes.
  5. Identifying and addressing trends through HR data analysis.
  6. Leading culture, retention, and engagement initiatives for the organization.

Requirements include:

  1. A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with excellent academic credentials.
  2. At least 8 years of work experience, with 4+ years as an employee-facing HR Business Partner in the finance sector.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to handle ambiguity.
  5. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
