Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive People Business Partner to collaborate with our Enterprise Services division. This role will engage closely with leadership to craft and execute a talent strategy that enhances business performance and fosters employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives from concept to execution, addressing the specific needs of our internal stakeholders while partnering with our HR Centers of Excellence. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles, with increasing responsibilities in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record in a results-driven HR role with significant interaction at the executive level.
- Experience guiding organizations through various talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and coaching.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
