Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles, with increasing responsibilities in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record in a results-driven HR role with significant interaction at the executive level.
  • Experience guiding organizations through various talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and coaching.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
