We are seeking a Vice President of HR Business Partnerships for our Global Sales division. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global HR Partners and Talent Development, you will oversee a team of HR Business Partners dedicated to implementing people programs for Zscaler's Global Sales organization. Your collaboration with Zscaler's Chief Revenue Officer will be pivotal in shaping our People & Culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners to align Talent, Leadership, and Organizational strategies across Zscaler's Global Sales teams.
- Work alongside P&C teams and senior leaders to establish a long-term vision for talent programs and spearhead global initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and leadership experiences.
- Provide data-driven insights and coaching to leadership on engagement and productivity trends to boost overall effectiveness.
- Consult on employee life-cycle priorities, including hiring, promotions, performance management, employee relations, and terminations.
- 5+ years of experience as a global HR Business Partner, with a focus on Sales/Go-to-Market functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Ability to utilize data to enhance organizational effectiveness in partnership with senior leaders.
- Experience with global business practices and the integration of scalable global programs.
- Understanding of Total Rewards and complex Sales incentive structures, with the capability to devise innovative strategies for attracting and retaining top sales talent.
