Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles, with a track record of increasing responsibility in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Proven experience in a results-driven HR capacity, with significant interaction at the senior executive level and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Expertise in guiding organizations through various talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
