Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive People Business Partner to collaborate with our Enterprise Services division. This role will engage closely with organizational leaders to formulate and execute a talent strategy that enhances business performance and fosters employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will take charge of large-scale initiatives, from identifying needs to execution, while considering the distinct requirements of our internal stakeholders and partnering effectively with our HR Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles, with a track record of increasing responsibility in dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Proven experience in a results-driven HR capacity, with significant interaction at the senior executive level and the ability to influence decision-making.
- Expertise in guiding organizations through various talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and organizational design.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
