Job Description
This role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging businesses with our tailored energy management solutions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of energy management solutions and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification:
- Identify and engage with businesses that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Better understand their energy management needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Develop and present customized energy management solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of David Energy's products in addressing specific pain points and improving operational efficiency.
- Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Help clients navigate the complexities of energy management and maximize the value of David Energy's offerings.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
- Performance Tracking:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
A 5+ year track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS, energy management, and/or energy retail.
