Mid-Market Sales Representative

LifeWorks, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Executive, Mid-Market to join our team. As a REMOTE home-based professional, you will be responsible for advancing our sales endeavors within the assigned territory, focusing on developing direct sales channels, meeting financial targets, and selling well-being solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure quota target coverage
- Meet quarterly and annual financial targets
- Develop direct sales channels through account-based sales models and cold outreach strategies
- Sell well-being solutions through both direct and broker/consultant channels
To succeed in this role, you will need a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 5+ years' experience in selling business value-driven software solutions. Your knowledge of EAP, the Insurance industry, or group benefits will also be beneficial. We offer an estimated salary of $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
