Mid-Market Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Account Management team as a Mid-Market Sales Manager. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market space.

The Role:- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand our presence in the mid-market space.
- Manage a team of experienced Account Managers to achieve key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Product, and the executive team to drive positive outcomes for this segment.
- Earn an estimated salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year based on your experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building and leading account management teams focused on mid-sized or larger clients (500+ employees).
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies.
