Job Description

We are a fast-paced startup looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Mid Market sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the relationship with prospects and guiding them through the full sales cycle to happy Modern Treasury customers
  • Developing a deep understanding of our payment operations platform and its capabilities
  • Partnering closely with our sales engineering team to deliver successful customer outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in closing deals, preferably in infrastructure, platform, or payment/fintech sales
  • A proven track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
