Role Overview
We're seeking a driven Account Executive to join our growing Mid-Market sales team in NYC. As a quota-carrying position, you'll own the full sales cycle, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating and contracting.

About The Position
This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3-7 years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS company. You should have a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and be able to connect it to customer ROI. Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from our platform.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from relationship-building to negotiation and contracting
- Possess a deep understanding of monday.com's solution and its application to customer challenges
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements
- 3-7 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of success and overachievement
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative and high-energy teammate
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$140,000 base salary per year, with opportunities for discretionary bonuses and equity. Compensation may vary based on location and additional factors.
