About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of claims submissions to payors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Daily Billing Process: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily billing process to ensure that payors receive accurate and timely claims.
  • Ensure Accurate and Timely Claims Submission: You will ensure that claims are submitted to payors in a timely and accurate manner, meeting the required standards and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous Healthcare Experience: A background in healthcare is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with transferable skills and experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or banking.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, with a strong focus on providing excellent service to patients and payors.
  • Attention to Detail and Math Skills: You will need to possess strong attention to detail and math skills to accurately process claims and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required for this role.
Additional Details
  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Onsite Work: This role is based onsite at our office.
