Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of apartments to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support to residents and responding to emergency situations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
  • Valid PA driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
