Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Call center experience is preferred, especially in health insurance.

Soft skills are critical for success in this position, requiring a professional demeanor and a genuine concern for customer needs.

Attendance is crucial; candidates should be prepared to commit fully during the initial training period. Missing training sessions may lead to immediate termination.

Availability to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM is required, with a preference for the 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM shift.

Professional conduct, participation in on-camera training, and adherence to remote work policies are mandatory.

Note: Work from home is not a substitute for childcare or elder care responsibilities. Active participation in training sessions is expected.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited during training and while on calls.
