About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our Patient Billing Team at Addison Group. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate submission of claims to payors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Daily Billing Process: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily billing process to ensure that payors receive accurate and timely claims.
  • Ensure Accurate and Timely Submission of Claims: You will ensure that claims are submitted to payors in a timely and accurate manner, minimizing delays and errors.
Qualifications
  • Previous Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, banking, or healthcare setting.
  • Attention to Detail and Math Skills: You must have strong attention to detail and math skills to accurately process claims.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required for this role.
Additional Details
  • Hours of Operation: This role is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Onsite: This role is onsite at our office.
