Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is necessary.
  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred, especially in health insurance.
  • Strong soft skills and a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor.

Attendance is crucial, particularly during the initial training phase, where consistent participation is expected.
All candidates must be prepared to work flexible shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including the possibility of an 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM schedule.
Compliance with professional conduct during training and adherence to remote work policies is mandatory.
Smoking in any form is prohibited during training sessions and while on calls.
