A dynamic healthcare provider located in Pennsylvania, specializing in long-term acute care, rehabilitation services, occupational health, and physical therapy clinics. The organization is enhancing its Patient Billing Team.
Role Summary:
The Claims Resolution Specialist will oversee the daily billing operations to guarantee that payors receive precise and prompt claims submissions.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee the daily billing workflow
- Ensure the accurate and timely filing of claims to payors
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles (Retail/Hospitality/Banking/Healthcare)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical abilities
- A high school diploma is mandatory
Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Onsite Position
