About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and leading a team of Facility Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual revenue and profit targets.
  • Manage and develop a team of Facility Service Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention.
  • Identify, hire, and train operational employees, including Facility Service Managers and Night Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and independent contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities with the sales team and promote non-janitorial services.
  • Participate in new client starts and ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and maintain accurate client data in our CRM system.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Travel within the market, up to 50%, to support team members and clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or operations role with increased responsibility.
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing a sales and/or account management team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence others, make decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Aptitude to grasp complex concepts and see the big picture.
