Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will provide essential clerical and office support within a medical clinic. Your duties will include:

  • Managing reception duties and answering telephone inquiries.
  • Handling medical records and charge entry.
  • Facilitating referrals and retrieving medical information from various sources.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams and patients to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Demonstrating accountability for relationship-based care and embodying our organizational mission and core values is essential.

Value to the Team:
You will play a crucial role in scheduling and confirming patient appointments, as well as revising them as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Welcoming patients and caregivers, providing assistance that reflects our commitment to high-quality service.
  • Following up with patients who have missed appointments.
  • Maintaining thorough and confidential patient charts and records, including the management of scanned documents.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience demonstrating basic office and computer skills, including filing, telephone answering, and familiarity with software such as Microsoft Word, Email, and Excel.
