Key Responsibilities- Lead Hardscape Sales Territory Development

- Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence Tools
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales action plans to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
- Empower Dealer Teams
- Provide training and resources to dealer teams to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc.

- Research and Share Innovative Product Placement Examples
- Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms to showcase our products and drive sales.
- Champion Company Reputation

- Post-Secondary Education and Industry Experience
- Possess a post-secondary education and a minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors.
- Valid Passport and Ability to Travel
- Possess a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings.
Techo-Bloc offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and sales bonus. We also provide formal sales and product knowledge training, as well as uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.
The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.
