Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our hardscape sales territory through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Hardscape Sales Territory Development
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors to ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
  • Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence Tools
    • Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
    • Develop and implement sales action plans to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Empower Dealer Teams
    • Provide training and resources to dealer teams to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc.
    • Collaborate with dealer teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Research and Share Innovative Product Placement Examples
    • Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms to showcase our products and drive sales.

Requirements
  • Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Post-Secondary Education and Industry Experience
    • Possess a post-secondary education and a minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors.
  • Valid Passport and Ability to Travel
    • Possess a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings.
What We Offer

Techo-Bloc offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and sales bonus. We also provide formal sales and product knowledge training, as well as uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.

The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.
