Job Title: Northern California Territory Sales Representative

Techo-Bloc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team in the Northern California territory. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Northern California territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and contractors to drive sales and growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the building materials or hardscape industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training and meetings.
