We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Brand Manager to join our team in Northern California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and executing the sales activities of our US Retail sales and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution of the assigned territory retail sales and marketing strategy for new and existing customers with key stakeholder segments in distribution and retail sales.
  • Aid in distribution sales activities as it relates to retail sales, product launches, education, and market intelligence
  • Manage approved direct retail sales relationships direct customers to ensure sales growth, partnerships, education, and marketing actions
  • Provide education and overall brand awareness at retail level
  • Execute retail sales plan that supports operational sales and promotional activity, enabling the sales effort in all key channels (including trade shows, customer/channel promotions, training and presentations)
  • Manage retail store inventory levels and ensure maximum product availability at the retail level
  • Lead Generation: In close collaboration with Commercial team, manages lead generation
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute planned marketing campaigns for retail and distribution environments including point of purchase materials, product launching, website management, educational platforms, tradeshows, and more
  • Provide insights, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working in cannabis market
  • Experience working with retail indoor growing stores
  • Experience with cultivation preferred within CEA environments
  • Customer minded & analytical/insights driven
  • Good written and presentation skills
  • Highly skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Travel of up to 35%

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
