Job Overview

Techo-Bloc is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to lead hardscape sales territory development in Northern California.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with dealers and contractors, and promoting our innovative products.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide training and support to dealer teams to enhance their sales capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, and external partners to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Post-secondary education and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hardscape or building material industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to Canada for training and meetings.
  • Valid passport and easy access to the Northern California/Bay area.
