Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Northern California and Northern Nevada. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and providing product training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Analyze data to drive strategic plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders
Provide product training and support to distributors and retailers
Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly and effectively

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales or a related field
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong ability to relate and effectively build relationships with people
Valid driver's license
Passion for pets and the planet
Proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting systems
