Northern California and Northern Nevada Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Open Farm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our brand across Northern California and Northern Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the pet food supply chain.
- Provide training and support to distributors and retailers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Monitor market and industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pet industry or as a Territory Sales Manager.
- Proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with sales reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze data to drive strategic plans and develop territory sales strategies.
