Job Title: Regional Sales Manager for Northern California

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Northern California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and building a strong business plan to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and maximize profitability in the Northern California territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to proactively reach potential customers and drive sales.
  • Work closely with Applications Support to demonstrate product solutions and provide feedback to marketing and product development teams for future product enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Regional/Territory sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with technical and mechanical products, preferably in the DC Tool industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using modern sales CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a strong network of influential contacts in the region.
