Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and sales staff to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Provide product information, set budgets, and motivate distributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and structure partnerships with channel partners to support company growth.
  • Support joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Review and monitor competitor channel activity and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in Distributor Board Meetings, trade functions, and shows.
  • Provide sales reporting as required by the company and management staff.
  • Prioritize projects and assignments efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide feedback to other departments as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and global operational strategies.
  • Proven success in collaborating and influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve desired goals.
  • Strong business acumen and analytic skills with an understanding of international and domestic financials.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
  • Excellent people management skills with a collaborative work style.
  • Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships.
  • Language fluency in English.
  • Ability to control business expenses and effectively use company money.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
