Sales Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and sales staff to ensure effective sales execution.
- Provide product information, set budgets, and motivate distributors to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and structure partnerships with channel partners to support company growth.
- Support joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Review and monitor competitor channel activity and evaluate their capabilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in Distributor Board Meetings, trade functions, and shows.
- Provide sales reporting as required by the company and management staff.
- Prioritize projects and assignments efficiently and effectively.
- Provide feedback to other departments as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and global operational strategies.
- Proven success in collaborating and influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve desired goals.
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills with an understanding of international and domestic financials.
- Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
- Excellent people management skills with a collaborative work style.
- Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships.
- Language fluency in English.
- Ability to control business expenses and effectively use company money.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
