Event Sales Director

As a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Sales Director to join our team at AccorHotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences and exceed client expectations
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze sales data
