Job Title: Associate Director, Sales Model and Sales Competency Training

At InterSources, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our sales model and sales competencies. As the Associate Director, Sales Model and Sales Competency Training, you will be responsible for designing and delivering global training content, conducting training for all affiliate CL&D employees, and coaching excellence and written communication within the field coaching reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a global sales model and sales competencies framework

Design and deliver training content for all affiliate CL&D employees

Conduct training needs assessments, design, development, delivery, and evaluation

Coach excellence and written communication within the field coaching reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Ten Years' Experience
OR
PhD and Eight Years' Experience

Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management, and managing multiple projects/priorities

Executive presence and ability to work with a variety of stakeholder levels

Leading without authority and creating a path of innovative work

Clear and concise written communication

Proactive and autonomous learning

Strong leadership and self-direction, comfort, and experience tackling very ambiguous and complex problems

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, interact with, focus, negotiate, resolve conflict, and drive consensus among individuals from various cultures and disciplines

Proven ability to lead collaborative and creative problem-solving and overcome resistance or barriers

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
