About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies. You will be responsible for articulating CrowdStrike's product and business strategies to senior customer executives, positioning our portfolio of next-generation cybersecurity and threat intelligence capabilities, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our product development, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of VAR resellers, a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Building and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Articulating CrowdStrike's product and business strategies to senior customer executives
  • Positioning our portfolio of next-generation cybersecurity and threat intelligence capabilities
  • Driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Identifying, developing, and executing account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region
  • Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets
  • Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using data analytics tools

CrowdStrike participates in the E-Verify program and is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $275,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
