Enterprise Sales Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our Named business in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Cloudflare's revenue and brand awareness in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in Canada.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
