Lead Human Intelligence Training Specialist

Position Overview

DarkStar Intelligence, LLC is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Human Intelligence Training Specialist to enhance our training team. This full-time, on-site role necessitates U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in crafting, implementing, and executing training programs focused on Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Instructor, you will:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training across all aspects of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT), ensuring course materials remain current and relevant through ongoing research and analysis.
  • Instruct with authority on a wide range of HUMINT-enabling training principles, including relevant legal frameworks.
  • Conduct assessments to determine training needs and engage in course evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of training on student knowledge and performance.
  • Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, adhering to established course standards.
  • Administer and synchronize instructional blocks within the CI and HUMINT training curriculum, following established procedures.
  • Deliver training using diverse methods, including lectures, small group sessions, and practical exercises, conducted in a government facility.
  • Act as a platform instructor and may participate in field-training exercises, collaborating with active-duty military and DoD civilian instructors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI
  • CI Poly (Preferred)
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant operational experience in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine operations or HUMINT Operations Support.
  • Proficiency in DoD CI and HUMINT enabling, including collection operations management policies and methodologies.
  • Completion of a recognized IC-level HUMINT course.
