Lead HUMINT Training Specialist

Position Overview

DarkStar Intelligence, LLC is in search of a highly qualified Lead HUMINT Training Specialist to enhance our training capabilities. This full-time, on-site role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in creating, implementing, and delivering educational programs focused on Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive training modules in all aspects of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Ensure course materials remain current and precise through ongoing research and evaluation.
  • Instruct with expertise across the full range of HUMINT training methodologies, including Title 10 and Title 50.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine training gaps and participate in evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training on student performance.
  • Assess student progress through verbal and written evaluations in line with established standards.
  • Administer and synchronize instructional blocks within the CI and HUMINT training framework, adhering to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) protocols.
  • Deliver training through diverse methods, including lectures, small group discussions, and practical exercises conducted in a controlled environment.
  • Act as a platform instructor and may participate in field training exercises, collaborating with active-duty military and DoD civilian instructors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI
  • CI Poly (Preferred)
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant operational experience in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine operations or HUMINT Operations Support.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DoD CI and HUMINT enabling, collection operations management policies, legal frameworks, methodologies, and associated IT systems.
  • Education: Completion of a recognized IC-level HUMINT course.
