Position Overview

TD International, a leading strategic advisory and risk intelligence firm, is seeking a highly skilled Training Lead to join our Washington, D.C. office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our Due Diligence & Investigations (DD&I) and Advisory practices. This role will require strong leadership and instructional skills, as well as expertise in intelligence analysis, due diligence, and investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development
    • Design and deliver onboarding and advanced training modules for employees
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in intelligence analysis, due diligence, and investigations
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create specialized training content
  • Training Delivery and Evaluation
    • Present training materials and information using various instructional techniques
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and employee performance metrics
    • Make data-driven decisions to improve training programs
  • Training Support and Resources
    • Provide additional resources and support to employees during the onboarding process
    • Develop and maintain training manuals, reference libraries, and other educational materials
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in intelligence analysis, due diligence, and investigations
    • Continuously improve and update training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant OSINT analysis experience
  • At least 4 years of experience advising clients on regulatory or reputational risk issues and/or conducting and writing compliance or due diligence reports
  • At least 4 years of experience conducting investigative litigation support, commercial fraud investigations, multi-jurisdictional investigations for commercial clients and/or professional services firms
  • At least 4 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis for a government agency or contractor AND 1-2 years of experience working for a firm that serves private sector clients
  • At least 2 years of experience training or mentoring staff on intelligence analysis, investigations, or due diligence
  • At least 2 years of reviewing and providing quality control for intelligence, investigative, or due diligence reports
  • Professional fluency in English required
