Job Description

Job Summary

TD International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead to join our team in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our Due Diligence and Investigations (DD&I) and Advisory practices. This role will require strong leadership and instructional skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest open source intelligence (OSINT) techniques and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees, including onboarding and advanced training modules.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals, reference libraries, and other educational materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions for program improvements.
  • Align training initiatives with the organization's overall strategic objectives and ensure that training programs support achieving business goals.
  • Stay current on external learning and development opportunities for staff and industry best practices.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant OSINT analysis experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience advising clients on regulatory or reputational risk issues and/or conducting and writing compliance or due diligence reports.
  • At least 4 years of experience conducting investigative litigation support, commercial fraud investigations, multi-jurisdictional investigations for commercial clients and/or professional services firms.
  • At least 4 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis for a government agency or contractor AND 1-2 years of experience working for a firm that serves private sector clients.
  • At least 2 years of experience training or mentoring staff on intelligence analysis, investigations, or due diligence.
  • At least 2 years of reviewing and providing quality control for intelligence, investigative, or due diligence reports.
  • Professional fluency in English required.

Compensation and Benefits

TD International offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
