Job Title: Regional Sales Director - South Central

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the South Central region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our distributors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the South Central region, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.
  • Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors, including negotiating contracts, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including identifying their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in distributor relationship management, account management, and chain experience.
  • Proven success in leading, developing, motivating, and training sales teams.
  • Ability to formulate strategies and execute against them.
  • Creative presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Well-developed influence and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make meaningful contributions to the Region's leadership team.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
