Jägermeister Regional Director Job Opportunity

The Regional Director is responsible for spearheading the sales strategy and team in a cluster of states within Mast-Jägermeister's US sales region. The Regional Director collaborates closely with the Regional Vice President to drive growth for Mast-Jägermeister & Teremana in both on- and off-premise locations, as well as chains. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with Distributor counterparts, developing sales plans, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic partnership with Distributors on brand growth initiatives
  • Negotiations and planning with Distributor partners to optimize sales performance
  • Ensuring Distributors are up-to-date on Mast-Jägermeister's product information and brand history
  • Developing sales strategies for key markets to drive business growth
  • Educating Distributors on Mast-Jägermeister's products and brand heritage
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Managing budgets and analyzing return on investment (ROI) to inform business decisions
  • Ensuring effective utilization of sales tools and resources
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Distributor relationship and account management expertise
  • Proven leadership and team development skills to drive sales performance
  • Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of industry laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite to manage sales data and reports
  • College degree to demonstrate academic achievement
