Regional Director of Physician Sales
A strategic executive responsible for driving sales growth in the designated territory through effective planning, execution, and management of territory expansion. Collaborates closely with the VP of Physician Sales to identify and coordinate sales initiatives, track performance, and mentor Account Executives. Requires strong business acumen, leadership skills, sales expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Account Executive team performance
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Support sales team through collaborative partnerships
- Develop and implement territory plans and deliver value-added solutions
- Participate in operational and sales meetings
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing leadership in healthcare or relevant field
- 50% travel may be required
- Master's Degree and prior experience in Radiology or Oncology preferred
Work Environment:
A standard office environment with potential exposure to noise and travel. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate with patients. Occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.
