We are currently seeking a skilled Outside Sales Executive for our client, a leading wholesale distributor of both natural and engineered stone, who is experiencing significant growth and is eager to enhance their sales team with talented individuals who have great potential for both immediate and future success.

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive with expertise in selling stone slabs to fabrication facilities throughout Texas. Our client operates with complete transparency and seeks representatives who uphold strong ethical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

While those familiar with the industry will recognize the core responsibilities, here are some typical duties:

  • Engage in face-to-face business development, manage accounts, and expand client relationships within an established territory.
  • You will take over existing strong accounts but will also be expected to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and reach out to stone fabricators in your area to generate new sales and deliver stone slabs in bulk.
  • Perform standard administrative tasks relevant to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience in the stone sector is preferred.
  • Proven experience in selling stone slabs to fabricators is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to meet with new and existing clients, with most clients located within driving distance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • Expected total compensation ranges from $120,000 to $250,000.
  • Most representatives currently work on a commission-only basis, as this compensation structure tends to be more lucrative. A draw against commission may be available for qualified candidates with special circumstances.
