Nextep is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of an external sales consultant.

Position Overview:

  • The primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and owners on a daily basis.
  • Your daily activities will include making sales calls, guiding potential clients through the sales journey, presenting tailored proposals, and working closely with internal teams to evaluate prospective clients.

Our external sales consultants receive a competitive base salary of $75,000 annually, along with an unlimited commission structure that rewards performance.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proven ability in relationship management and a strong drive for success are essential.
