About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Store Director** to lead our Kohler Signature Store in San Jose, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the store's operations, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, providing world-class leadership to the team and managing operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management and CRM: Manage inventory levels, implement effective CRM systems, and analyze performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, work with vendors, and ensure consistent training to enhance team performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store social media accounts, ensure top-tier online presence, and organize events to optimize ROI.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred, or equivalent experience required. Minimum 3+ years retail management or leadership experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Self-directed, entrepreneurial, detailed, and highly organized. Self-accountable and receptive to feedback. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath products.
