Your Role at LVMH

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring a superior level of client service and driving sales performance. You will lead a team of committed associates, nurturing a positive work environment that promotes growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing Store Operations and Sales: Manage daily store functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience. Formulate and execute strategies to enhance store sales and boost profitability. Supervise and manage sales performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  2. Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Conduct performance evaluations, oversee employee development, and provide continuous feedback. Manage the leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration and accomplishment of store objectives.
  3. Client Satisfaction and Service: Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service. Address client concerns and offer suitable solutions. Strive to enhance client loyalty and engagement by supporting loyalty programs and services.
  4. Store Standards and Compliance: Maintain exemplary store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment. Uphold LVMH brand excellence in-store, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience.
  5. Resource Management: Oversee inventory levels to guarantee product availability. Allocate resources and manage staffing to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Demonstrated successful experience as a retail manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and business insight.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A talent for attracting, identifying, and motivating employees.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate a retail schedule.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment, with or without accommodation.
  • Compliance with LVMH's dress code and policies.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Individuals in this role may also be eligible for performance bonuses.
