Your Role at LVMHAs a Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring a superior level of client service and driving sales performance. You will lead a dedicated team of associates, nurturing a positive work environment that promotes growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing Store Operations and Sales: Manage daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience. Develop and execute strategies to enhance store sales and boost profitability. Supervise and assess sales performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Conduct performance evaluations, manage employee growth, and provide continuous feedback. Oversee the leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration and attainment of store objectives.
- Client Satisfaction and Service: Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service. Address client concerns and offer suitable solutions. Strive to foster client loyalty and engagement by supporting loyalty programs and services.
- Store Standards and Compliance: Maintain exemplary store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment. Uphold LVMH brand excellence in-store, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Allocate resources and manage staffing to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
- Demonstrated successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities and business insight.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A talent for attracting, identifying, and motivating employees.
- Flexible availability to accommodate a retail schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Adherence to LVMH's dress code and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
The annual base salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, educational background, certifications, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position. Individuals in this role may also be eligible for bonuses.
