Job Overview

Position: Store Manager (Luxury Sales)

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Initial Guaranteed Commission: $1,500/month for the first 3 months
  • Commission Rate: 10% on gross profit
  • Estimated Total Compensation for Year 1: $100,000 – $145,000+

Role Summary:

  • The Store Manager will lead the showroom team and manage the operations of a luxury kitchen and bath retail environment.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred education includes undergraduate, trade, or design school, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail management or leadership roles.
  • Experience in high-end or luxury retail is essential; familiarity with kitchen and bath products is a plus.
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic, bringing a positive atmosphere to the showroom.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the business as if it were your own.
  • Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Ability to be a compassionate leader, quickly establishing trust and managing a results-oriented team.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Accountable for personal performance and open to constructive feedback.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath merchandise is necessary.
  • Willingness to undergo training as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering a positive team environment and maintaining high morale.
  • Overseeing all team members, operational processes, and financial aspects of the store.
  • Developing, motivating, and holding the team accountable for achieving their individual targets.
  • Ensuring profitability and meeting all financial goals for the showroom.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance sales, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Coordinating training initiatives and collaborating with the company and its partners to ensure consistent training delivery.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Spending a significant portion of time on the sales floor, demonstrating effective sales techniques to the team.
  • Managing the store's online presence and social media accounts to ensure a strong digital footprint and positive reviews.
  • Planning and executing store events throughout the year to maximize return on investment.
